How do I apply?

The best way is to use our online application portal. This means that your application will reach us without delay and with the least effort on your part. You will not have to wait long for an answer, and you can save the cost of expensive application folders.

Since we believe that applications should be quick and easy, we have deliberately dispensed with a long and complex online application process. You can send us all of your application documents in one simple step.

Can I apply to GIGATRONIK even if there are no specific vacancies?

You can find a list of all of our current vacancies on our homepage. Naturally, we are always happy to receive speculative applications from qualified candidates who match our company’s profile. Simply use our speculative application form.

What documents should I attach to my application?

Apart from your cover letter, your application documents should include a detailed chronological CV and all relevant references in PDF format. It would be best if the documents do not total more than 3 MB in size. We also advise you to state your earliest availability and your salary expectations.

If you are applying for an internship or thesis position, please state the expected duration of your stay and your start date.

What happens after I have sent you my application?

Our human resources team will check through your documents and prepare a preselection with the departments in question. If your profile fits the requirements for the target position, we will be happy to invite you for an interview to get to know you in person.

If we get on both professionally and personally, after weighing up our mutual impressions, we will then invite you to a second interview soon afterwards. If everything goes well, we will be happy to welcome you as our newest colleague.

What are my prospects at GIGATRONIK?

After the initial induction to your new area, which is mainly by in-house training and training on the job, you will meet with your supervisor and prepare a tailor-made development plan. In this way you will quickly take responsibility for individual tasks and will soon establish yourself in your new position.

After the successful completion of your probation time, we will meet you for an assessment and development review, in which we will take a close look at your experience, targets, and future tasks. On that basis, we will work with you to find suitable development opportunities or define any possible training needs. We conduct these reviews on a yearly basis.

We do not care for rigid processes or structures. In the end, your professional success with us depends on your professional and social skills as well as on your personal performance.
